What you give us. Your name, email address, company and role when you inquire or open a PL/NNER account. The details of the project: its address, unit mix, kitchen types, ceiling heights, target dates and appliance lists, and the floor plans and drawings you send. The projects, layouts, orders and change requests saved in the PL/NNER.
To reply to you, to price and draw the project, to confirm, build and deliver the order, and to keep the project team informed of its progress. That is all. We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone except the services below that help us run PL/NTH.
A small number of service providers: for email, for our customer records, and for hosting the website and the PL/NNER. Each of them holds your information on our behalf and under its own privacy policy.
Every order has a tracking link, which can be opened by anyone it is shared with. It shows the order’s progress and its cabinet list. It never shows prices, invoices or contact details.
The site and the PL/NNER store what they need to work, such as your sign-in and a saved project in your browser. We use Google Analytics to count visits, and our customer-records system to see which pages are visited after someone follows a link in one of our emails. Both set their own cookies. We do not use advertising trackers.
We keep order records for as long as we need them for warranty, tax and accounting. Everything else we keep only while it is useful. Email imogen@plinthmade.com at any time to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will do it.
Prices shown in the PL/NNER are estimates in US dollars. They include tariffs and delivery to a warehouse in the project’s city, and exclude sales tax, hardware, countertops, appliances, installation and delivery from the warehouse to site. A price becomes firm when the quote is signed. The full terms of sale are issued with every quote and govern the order.
50% on the signed quote, 50% before the containers ship. A supply contract, not a subcontract: PL/NTH does not install, so retainage does not apply.
Tariffs are in the price and the quote is in dollars. The price is firm from signature. Statutory duty changes of more than 5 percentage points are passed through at cost, up or down. Anything smaller, PL/NTH absorbs.
A change made after signing is repriced and reissued, and goes back through architect and owner sign-off before it is built.
Every cabinet is made to order against the signed schedule, so color and size are fixed at signature and cabinets cannot be returned. Anything that arrives damaged or wrong is replaced at our cost: report it within 7 days of delivery, with photographs. Spare doors are quoted with every order in the project color, and a touch-up pot ships with every order.
A lead time given before a quote is a good-faith estimate. The quote states the expected delivery date, with shipping and customs included, and we will tell you straight away if it changes.
Delivery is to a warehouse in the project’s city. Delivery from the warehouse to site, curbside or white-glove, is quoted to the project. Installation is by the project’s own installer. PL/NTH does not install and does not survey: site dimensions are confirmed by the project team before ordering.
The PL/NNER and our drawings, schedules, DXF and Revit files are provided to plan and specify PL/NTH cabinets. They remain ours.
Plinthmade LLC, a New York company. Every project is laid out, priced and run from the New York office. The cabinets are made in the workshop in England.
