What we collect, what we do with it, and what we don't. Last updated September 8, 2026.
Only what you give us. Your name, email address and phone number when you send a message, sign up for news, book an Order Advisor call, or place an order. Your zip code, kitchen layout and any floorplans, sketches or photos you send us, so we can price and build your kitchen. If you use the PL/NNER, the design you save.
To reply to you, to price and confirm your order, to build and deliver it, and to send you news if you asked for it. That is all. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services below that help us run PL/NTH.
Your messages, orders and designs are stored with Supabase. Newsletter sign-ups are stored with HubSpot. Emails are sent through Resend. The website is hosted on WordPress. Each of them holds your information on our behalf and under their own privacy policies.
The site uses the cookies it needs to work, such as remembering a saved design in your browser. We use basic, privacy-friendly analytics to count visits. We do not use advertising trackers.
We keep order records for as long as we need them for warranty, tax and accounting. Everything else we keep only while it is useful. Email imogen@plinthmade.com at any time to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will do it. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
Prices shown in the PL/NNER are live estimates in US dollars, before delivery and tax. Your order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing and you pay the deposit. Cabinets are made to order for you, so they cannot be returned once we have started building. If something arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 7 days and we will put it right.
Our lead time is a good-faith estimate from the date we confirm your order. We will tell you straight away if it changes.
The PL/NNER, our DXF blocks and our drawings are provided to help you plan a PL/NTH kitchen. They are ours to keep. Measurements you enter are your responsibility, which is why we offer a free Order Advisor check before you commit.
