A plan per floor: PDF, DWG or a marked-up sketch. Ceiling heights and an appliance list help. We pick out the kitchen types, Type A, B, C and so on, and return a cabinet schedule and a price for each type, a price in USD for the whole project, and an estimated lead time.
We lay out each kitchen type in the PL/NTH system from the project’s plans. It is a catalog of fixed sizes at fixed prices, not a bespoke service. Kitchens can also be laid out directly in the PL/NNER, with the price reading live.

The cabinets, painted to order. All tariffs. Delivery to a warehouse in the project’s city. Every schedule and drawing for the project.
Hardware, countertops, appliances, installation and sales tax. Delivery from the warehouse to site, curbside or white-glove, is quoted to the project.
A kitchen of 8–14 cabinets lands between $20,000 and $40,000. Volume pricing is applied on the quote: 3% from 10 units, 5% from 25, 8% from 50, 10% from 100.
Tariffs are in the price and the quote is in dollars. The price is firm from signature. Statutory duty changes of more than 5 percentage points are passed through at cost, up or down; anything smaller, PL/NTH absorbs.
One number, from budget to invoice. A change made after signing is repriced and reissued, and goes back through architect and owner sign-off before it is built.
50% on the signed quote, 50% before the containers ship. A supply contract, not a subcontract: PL/NTH does not install, so retainage does not apply. The full terms come with the quote.
Floor cabinets are 35″ tall and 24″ deep, in widths from 20″ to 42″. Wall cabinets are 30″ tall and 14″ deep, with stackers on top for 9ft and 10ft ceilings. Every cabinet is a fixed size, so it fits the one beside it and holds its price. The full catalog is in the PL/NNER, at real sizes and real prices.
15 colors, or any RAL shade matched on request. One color per project, or one per kitchen type. Everything is sprayed to order in the workshop. Painted samples on request.
Not supplied. Cabinets arrive without handle holes drilled, so the project’s own hardware spec goes on.
One catalog and one specification across every unit, studio to penthouse. Painted beech outside, oak veneer inside, dovetailed drawers, brass butt hinges. The full catalog is on The Cabinets.
5–6 weeks for 100 cabinets, 12–14 weeks for 2,000, from approved drawings. Shipping and customs add 4–6 weeks, a little longer to the West Coast; the delivery date on the quote already includes them. Delivery is phased to site as floors come available.
Carcasses arrive built, with the drawers in. The painted face frames and doors travel wrapped separately and clip on with Lamello connectors once the carcasses are set: less painted surface in transit, and a faster fit on site.
By the project’s own installer. Any competent finish carpenter can fit them. The installation guide is emailed with the order and kept in the project account, with the schedules and drawings. PL/NTH does not install and does not survey; site dimensions are confirmed by the project team before ordering.
Containers ship to the port nearest the project — New York, Miami, Los Angeles — and clear into a warehouse in that city. That leg is in the price. Delivery from the warehouse to site is quoted to the project.
Enter the unit mix, lay out one kitchen per type, and read the per-unit price and the project total live from the catalog we build from. Once a kitchen is laid out, the cabinet schedule, DXF blocks and Revit-ready models export from it. Open the PL/NNER.
The PL/NNER opens without one. An account is needed to download documents, the schedules, drawings, DXF and Revit exports, and to save, share or track a project.
In one workshop in England, built into the hangars of a former RAF airfield. Every cabinet is made to order, so nothing is built on spec and nothing goes to waste.
Plinthmade LLC, a New York company. Prices are in USD, tariffs included, and every project is laid out, priced and run from the New York office. The cabinets are made in the workshop in England.
Spare doors are quoted with every order, in the project color. A touch-up pot in the project color ships with every order for small chips. A damaged drawer is replaced as a complete drawer: every drawer is on the project schedule, so a replacement is ordered against the original line.
Anything that arrives damaged or wrong is replaced at our cost. Report it within 7 days of delivery, with photographs. The full terms come with the quote.
Every cabinet is made to order against the signed schedule, so there should be no surplus to return. Color and size are fixed at signature.
