PL/NTH was founded by Imogen Pritchard after 12 years at Plain English, the English kitchen company. She spent 8 of them in New York, launching and scaling its US business, with showrooms in New York and Los Angeles and bespoke kitchens delivered across the country.
PL/NTH makes painted in-frame kitchen cabinets for buildings, from 10 units to 400+.
One house needs a kitchen. Many homes need cabinets: a catalog made to one specification that combines into a few kitchen types and repeats across every unit. PL/NTH makes those cabinets, for any building, at a price known before the kitchens are drawn.
The catalog is fixed. Solid beech, oak-lined, dovetailed drawers, brass butt hinges, laid out per kitchen type.
One workshop in England, built into the hangars of a former RAF airfield, where every cabinet is made to order and sprayed. Carcasses ship built, with the painted face frames and doors wrapped separately. One office in New York, where every project is laid out, priced and run from the first floor plan to the last delivery.
